CONTEST RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to the specific rules, terms and conditions provided for the stated. The promoter of this contest is “SASMAR, INC.” of 155 North Wacker Drive Chicago IL 60606, USA. For the purposes of this contest “participant” refers to an individual person with one Facebook profile.

No purchase is required to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Contests are open to everyone, regardless of location who are 21 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to enter. The contest language is English. The contest STARTS on 17 June 2014 at 09:00 am EST - The contest ENDS on 18 July 2014 at 09:00 am EST. The baby names with the most likes will be recorded electronically by screenshot at 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time on 18 July 2014, the recordation will be supervised by two company senior executives to ensure accuracy. The 32 winners will be announced on the Conceive Plus Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/fertilitylubricant) on 21 July following the closing date. All winners are final. A maximum of three entries is allowed per participant, participant may qualify to win once only. The only method of participation is via the Conceive Plus Facebook page located at https://www.facebook.com/fertilitylubricant - there is no other method of participation in this contest.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. The website owner and any sponsors are not responsible for lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, or incomplete entry forms, and such entries will be deemed invalid.

Each of the 32 prizes are the same and consist of 4 units of Conceive Plus 8 applicators and 1 unit of Conceive Plus 75ml/2.5fl.oz tube. Each Conceive Plus prize is valued at US$66.25 not including postage value, the Romantic holiday is valued at US$2,000.00 and the location is the of the choosing of the winner, including flights, transportation, hotel and entertainment that can be pre-paid. The winner must be available for the prize between 1 August 2014 to 30 December 2014. The total retail value of the prizes combined is US$4,120.00 not including postage value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made.
